Patients of the Forsyth Community Clinic receive quality healthcare provided by volunteer health professionals. Care is delivered with compassion, sensitivity and respect, treating the whole person. The FCC provides basic, general medical, non-emergency, services, which include the following:
- Treatment of immediate, general illness as well as long-term, chronic care management including diabetes, hypertension, hypo/hyperthyroidism, and cholesterol
- Free Bloodwork/Diagnostic Testing
- Access to free or reduced prescription medication
- Access To a Network of Referrals for Additional Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health Services
- Case Management and Follow Up Services
- Patient Education for Health Conditions
- Free telehealth and tele-counseling service
