The Forsyth Community Clinic is a community resource. We are passionate about ensuring the health and wellbeing of the most vulnerable residents and we are committed to providing free healthcare to low-income, uninsured residents of Forsyth County. To fulfill this mission the clinic  depends on the generosity and kindness of its donors to maintain operations. The clinic is fortunate to be situated within a community that cares so deeply about helping and giving back to make us all stronger and we are grateful for each and every commitment. A donation can be a financial contribution or an in-kind donation such as equipment or supplies.
